# Rising

> Rising is an editorial directory of AI models, developer software and GitHub projects, with public sources and dated repository observations.

Repository counts are snapshots, not live measurements or quality scores. Missing growth windows are unavailable, not zero. Model announcement dates may identify only a month. Access restrictions, licences and review dates belong to the linked entries.

The topic guides contain editorial selections and practical selection questions. Project claims retain their source attribution; Rising does not independently benchmark every tool. The HTML pages and their Markdown alternatives use the same reviewed records.
